Ken Kotarski

Ken is a co-founder and Managing Principal of On The Record. Mr. Kotarski oversees all aspects of the business, including pre-trial graphics production and in-courtroom application of advanced computerized visual presentation technology. He serves as a "hot-seat" Trial Technology Consultant for matters across the country and around the globe, including previous international arbitration matters in France, Sweden, London, Switzerland, and the Philippines. With over 32 years of trial experience in over 670 trials and legal proceedings, which includes a dozen plus trials with over a billion dollars at stake, Mr. Kotarski is likely the pre-eminent Trial Technology Consultant in the U.S. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with an emphasis on Visual Arts Media from the University of California at San Diego.

Charles Dunkin

Managing Principal: Los Angeles


 

Charles is one of the co-founders and Managing Principals of On The Record. He oversees all aspects of the business and serves as one of its top trial support technicians.  In his 30 years of “hot seat” operation, he has worked on a large number of high profile multi-billion-dollar matters across the United States and Europe.  Quickly integrating himself with the trial team and successfully managing the on-site installation and operation of the courtroom computer graphics presentation system.   He prides himself on his organization and is accustomed to the long hours required to be prepared in the courtroom.  Before establishing On The Record, Mr. Dunkin worked for Litigation Sciences Inc. as a video production editor and courtroom technician specialist. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in mathematics from Kenyon College.

Roy Campos

Managing Director: New York


 

Roy is Managing Director of On The Record's New York office, where he oversees the firm's New York City and Eastern region clients. Roy has a uniquely diverse skill set, developed in both the legal and technological fields, that allows him to transcend beyond the role of case manager and interweave himself as a crucial member of his clients' teams. Roy is equipped with the technological savvy and mastery of the legal lexicon necessary to provide an unmatched level of service.  At OTR, Roy has handled trial presentations of patent infringement disputes, banking and securities litigation, copyright and contract violations coast to coast and throughout Europe. Roy holds dual Bachelors of Science degrees from Rutgers University and a Masters in Business Administration.
