Our experienced Trial Consultants can facilitate your next trial, arbitration, or hearing in our virtual courtroom – CourtroomNext.
In addition to coordinating a secure, virtual, private meeting space, our trial technicians will present exhibits, video deposition testimony, and demonstrative graphics during the proceeding.
Participants can join using a computer, tablet, or smartphone. A hard-wired computer is recommended, however. Another option is to listen in by phone.
Technology Flexibility
If your firm has a video conferencing preference (Zoom, WebEx, Teams, etc.) we will advise of any potential issues. OTR has tested and reviewed the most popular meeting services and will work with your in-house team to ensure the proceeding is conducted smoothly.
If necessary, our consultants can reach out to each attending person prior to the proceeding to ensure optimal video and sound and an error free transmission.
If equipment such as microphones or webcams are needed, our team can also assist.
